Auto generated sponsors merge #107

Do the sponsor file diffs look ok?

Diffs look good.

Only two things I noted -

  1. We don't have events specified for any organisations yet - is it just that these are all at the Federal or State level?
  2. Federal agencies have no jurisdiction defined.

Oh, and we'll need a special case for WA - we're going to have one combined logo for all WA State Govt agencies.

i.e. Government Crest with all agencies named to the right of it.

But we'll still want to display each agencies individually on Jabberwocky - this is just for the purposes of sponsor logos.

So we'll probably need a separate 'empty' organisation just for this WA State Govt logo. I'll talk to James about that.
