Do organisations need to be ordered by sponsorship level? #39

We probably need to think about this for Jabberwocky.

"Banners will be placed according to sponsorship level such that greater prominence is given to the higher tier sponsors by GovHack." - Sponsor ToCs

For example - right now the list of organisations on the front page is just random. http://govhackaustralia.github.io

There are other cases where organisations appear (e.g. against a theme). Do they also need to be ordered by sponsorship level there?

Idea: Maybe we could add little banners or badges organisations?

yea we certainly need to give the sponsors their due position!! In fact this can be a good selling position, the higher the sponsorship levelthe furhter up the jabberwocky tree they will be asnd most likely to get hits from participants - cld that be a thing??
