Hey, some questions:

  1. after response screen, text should say:

Thank you for submitting your application!

You should receive an email acknowledgement of receipt. Admissions decisions will be sent out by or before the deadline specified for each program. Admitted participants will engage with our faculty and staff to identify opportunities, diagnose problems, and develop a customized reading and research plan.

  1. after response screen, don't understand the function of backup button... specially since it will make them fill out everything again

I will update the text. No problem. The back up button, is just in case the embedded form fails. We can take that out, no problem. The thing is, if the form fails, people will not have a way to apply, and either we will loose the prospect or you will get an email complaining about it. having the backup form link, IMO, is the best workaround for this. Let me know if you want me to take that out.
