Link to subcommittee website on subcommittee page #159

I'm using GovTrack primarily to track committee and subcommittee hearings, and I keep having the experience of wanting to learn more about a hearing listed in an email, clicking through to the subcommittee page, and then looking around unsuccessfully for either a link to the hearing itself or to the subcommittee website.

This isn't a big deal - I'm just glad GovTrack sends me the emails with the list of hearings, and I'll eventually start just googling the subcommittee as soon as I see it in an email - but if it's an easy fix I'm happy to handle it myself. I can look up the websites of all the committees/subcommittees that lack them, for instance.

Maybe GovTrack committee tracking doesn't actually do what I think it does? My emails have been missing hearings that are available on committee & subcommittee pages. Do the emails only show "just added" hearings, or some other subset?
