Why

The repository has recently changed name from govuk-one-login/authentication-tech-docs to govuk-one-loging/tech-docs

What

Update the tech docs template configuration to generate links to the github repo to point to the new repo name.

Hi @huwd any chance of a quick approval on this trivial pr? it ensures that all the github links generated point to the tech-docs repo and not authentication-tech-docs

Hey @pauldougan this one needed a rebase, but when you do shows that all the changes here are already in main
