Horizontal positioning of elected official text and photo #21

Right now, it appears that elected official text (title, name, email address, etc.) is justified to the bottom of each table row. The text should be centered.

Thus, the vertical center of the text block for each elected official should be aligned with the vertical center of the photo.

I saw this issue. frislty its not table its div with spans. I am not sure why its design is like this. Can you show something? and I will match as it with your requirement. Please tell on which address we can see the images. For most of the records there is no images.

We use id 4104, CITY OF TUSTIN as a test case. We discussed via Skype earlier; I hope my description was clear.

This looks better. The only issue I have now is that the horizontal separator line should be beneath the bottom of each photo.
