Issue to discuss IBM implementation from model fitted.

This was already implemented by Arnaud and some modifications are required in order to use the present package format.

The first simulations have run, function need to be integrated to the package and documented. And more tests. Computation time is around 1sec for 1000 years and around 20 individuals (0.03 ha).

Function have been added to the package on ibm branch and some simulations are shown in a new vignette
