... this doesn't belong here. If you have queries to build or whatever, please put it in api/data

This geoy package has turned out to be just a nice clean interface to do geo-location queries / computations. Mainly an interface to Google Maps. Therefore, we don't need it to do any PostGIS stuff itself, this should be up to api/data
