As a user, I need to be able to change the status of the job to M3, IW, WP, and JC.

[x] Add a Job Stat field to the model.
[x] Migrate the new type filed to the database.
[x] Add to the search bar.

Accepted Criteria: When the new Job Stat field shows as one of the entry fields and list view.

Added more fields to complete the necessary required fields to run a maintenance management system. Important to drop-database right after add-migration on PowerShell before update-database or else you will see error.
