As a Site Admin I can create draft posts so that I can finish writing the content later

Acceptance Criteria
- Scenario: Create draft
- Given: The admin navigates to django admin panel
- When: The admin add "/admin" to the site url
- Then: The admin can create a draft post to complete and publish later
