When executing the current line, and the cursor is all the way to the left, the line is not executed #144

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Put the cursor all the way left on a line
2. Press F9

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The shell says that the line is executed, but it is not. No selection is made 
either.

I suspect that IEP thinks that there is a selection, and executes that, but the 
selection is empty.
