Tighter integration of file browser #179

This is an issue to take issue 86 further.

The idea it to make the file browser behave a bit like a secondary editor tab 
widget:

  * Make clear witch files are open in the IEP editor.
  * Maybe even show the editor icon, and perhaps even same context menu?
  * For opened files, single-clicking selects that file?
  * The current file shown in the editor should be extra visible (if applicable).

There is much room for discussion here (which is one of the reasons why we took 
it out of issue 86).
