Interactive Help has an uncanny gap between buttons

The Interactive Help has an uncanny gap between the "print" button (which, by 
the way, is termed strangely for its function) and the "settings" button. This 
is easily ignored when the frame takes a small part of the window, but when 
it's stretched along the width of the window a strange visual imbalance is 
created. I suggest changing the percentage the gap takes or the grading by 
which it changes so that beyond a certain comfortable length it would be 
constant.
