Bad cursor positioning #191

Python version: 3.3.0
Qt version: 4.8.3
PySide version: 1.1.2

With Windows 7 Pro, clicking at the end of a line moves the cursor to the 
penultimate character with or without wrapping long lines.

I cannot reproduce this, and am not sure if I fully understand. Could you 
perhaps provide an example?

As part of migrating our code repositories from Googlecode
