Integrate renaming functionality into file browser rather than in external dialogue #208

Usually renaming is done either by right-click menu (1), double clicking with a
pause (2), or pressing F2 (3). In either way the change will be done in-line,
on the textual part of the visual representation of the file: The text is
highlighted up to the file extension portion, and the user can start typing
immediately and replace the whole name. IEP, instead, pops-up a "name change"
dialogue, which is unneeded in this case and seems old-fashioned.
Suggest integrating this functionality to work as described, with one
reservation: Method no. 2 - double-clicking etc. - is useful in some settings
and disturbing in others, and I'm not sure it should be integrated into IEP.
Method no. 3 (F2) is for your consideration, but I think that in the long-run
it should be integrated (plus it could have different functionality in other
frames relating to name changing).
