IEP lists numbered folders nominally rather than logically #224

To reproduce:
1. Create two new folders named "folder9" and "folder10"
2. Navigate to folders in File Browser
3. The folders display in nominal order: folder10 and than folder9 (since the 
"1" in folder10 comes before the "9" in folder9)

Should be:
Logical ordering, where numbers follow as usual.
