Crashes when Done button is clicked during Edit shell configurations: #227

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. On Menu click Shell, followed by Edit shell configurations...
2. With or without modification, click Done
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Window should close, modifications saved.  Instead, program crashes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version info
IEP version: 3.2 (source)
Platform: win32
Python version: 3.3.0
Qt version: 4.8.3
PySide version: 1.1.2

On Windows 8

Please provide any additional information below.

Mmm, a bit hard to debug without a trace. Are you running the binary or from 
source?

Until this gets fixed, you can edit your shell config, by editing 
c:\Users\yourname\appdata\local\iep\config.ssdf manually.
