UVLO #7

Currently there is no battery under voltage lock-out (UVLO) on the power supply except for a builtin 2.15 V limit in the switch converter. This is fine for alkaline/nimh batteries but would dangerously discharge a Li-ion cell.

Li-ion is not a requirement and as such extra UVLO should not be necessary.
