I am not sure about the "or any later version" text you have for some of the licenses. The reason I bring this up, is that, from my understanding, this opens up the possibility that the license in the project will be "automatically updated" to something you might not agree with? And at the same time, it if fine for projects to be licensed under an "old" license. If needed, becasue the licenses are too outdated, you can still update them later...
Given the number of contributors you already have on the project, and that some of them did not "push code", it would be neat to see them listed at the end of the readme as contributors. I used this for a project, and was happy with the way it works https://allcontributors.org/
