Where are lsmd and gsmd?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Notice discussion of gsmd in other issues and bugfixes here.
2. Read about use of gsmd in FreeRADIUS module documentation.
3. Look for gsmd or lsmd sources all over Internet, since tri-dsystems.com is 
long defunct.  Look here, since they're mentioned in other issues and in the 
revision control logs.
4. Don't find them.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Can't find the lsmd or gsmd sources anywhere.  If they are currently 
unmaintained, but the people working on this project have them, please help me 
out and let me know how to get them -- I will be glad to pick up maintenance to 
the extent I can.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

latest version from svn as of today.

Please provide any additional information below.
