Restricted mean survival time #7

Hi! Nice package... should be useful! When using survival outcomes, is it possible to use restricted mean survival times at all? e.g. as statistics by group, or RMST difference. That would be a really nice addition if it doesnt exist to date...

It is possible to create a user-defined function to return RMST by arm or difference between arms. Please have a look at the following page http://gpaux.github.io/Mediana/CustomFunctions.html

I don't have time right now to work on it but will include it soon
