Introduce docker build and run #26

Thanks for this. I have added the files, and made some alterations to enable passing parameters to the docker run command line, and I have uploaded the image to my docker hub page, so nobody needs to build it.

The docker-compose configuration is up and running on my pi3, which I have been meaning to switch to for a while.
