Update repository version #9

Maybe I'm clumsy , but why it's still versión 1.0 in the Grails Plugin repository (http://grails.org/plugin/mail) without i18n support???

We are stupid :P We were setting the locale after the body sentence on sendMail method... Forget this issue :)
