Update documentation for Grails 4 #42

Update the plugin's documentation for Grails 4 users.

Most of the changes were inspired by lessons learned trying to get a Grails 4 project running with this plugin included. https://github.com/gpc/jms/issues/41

I also got the Travis build passing by changing the JDK used to openjdk8.

Travis does not support openjdk7. (See: https://travis-ci.community/t/oraclejdk-7-not-supported-on-precise/3643/2)
