could spot checking on some typical home meds at AV visit: fish oil, vitamin

This is the home medications ala medication reconcilation. We can see MU as an example because in their April 2024 curation they should have removed many of these.

In site's prescribing table look at common home meds like fish oil, multivitamins etc(can get this list form MU's medlist table). This helps us identify if the site is populating home medicaitons in prescribing table
