[x] confirm your data uploader user account and role is still active
[x] step 1 - generate study specific hash token
[x] step 2 - submit to designated S3 bucket following required naming convention

@vyshu1094 Quick question regarding this request. I see the directions on creating the hash tokens shows to use the configuration for gpc_va. I don't yet see this configuration associated with our site in the Datavant Portal. Do we have an ETA on when that will be available?

@erlarose https://github.com/gpcnetwork/gpc-va-linkage It should be the same as the PCORnet hash token. Does this link help? If you are having trouble accessing your user specific credentials on Datavant, please let me know.

@MU-NIUX I'm not sure I'm following what you are suggesting. Step 1 is to transform to "gpc_va". This requires a configuration file registered in Datavant. These have always been added to our site in the past (we have bestmed, gpc_bids, and pcornet_cdm, but no entry for gpc_va). I have not generated one in the past.

I went ahead and used the clone option and cloned the configuration file for pcornet_cdm and named it gpc_va. Is this all I needed to do? If so, I will go ahead and use this, I just haven't done this before.

If I am not mistaken, this is for the gpc_bids project. @vasanthi014 can help troubleshooting.

Yes, to run tokenize command you can use the pcornet_cdm configuration (there will not be a separate configuration like bestmed or gpc_bids). You might already have these tokens created for CDM purpose.
On these site-specific tokens, please run transform to "gpc_va" Does this help?

@vasanthi014 Thank you. I was under the impression that we would need to re-run the de-id (tokenization) steps. Since that isn't the case, I believe I have what I was looking for. I will let you know if any other questions pop up.

@MU-NIUX I have created the gpc_va transit-token linkage file and uploaded it to the gpc-mcri-upload S3 bucket. Please let me know if there is any further action required to meet the 2/1 deadline.
