2.1. Clone application-templates Project

Take care, the user is stil in the $LAB_ASSETS_HOME/admin directory. Is it the goal to clone there ? If not the user should return to his home.

Again, be carefull, a directory application-templates from https://github.com/jboss-openshift/application-templates.git is cloned. We should remove this directory in order to git clone the new repo
