As we are going to use the RH Engg team's approach to use the 3scale toolbox image here (https://quay.io/repository/redhat/3scale-toolbox?tag=latest&tab=tags) we do not need the jenkins slave and the customizations to Jenkins.
we can use the default Jenkins persistent image to keep the VM install easier.
Done and verified.
