Importing Legacy Users

We will need to import everything from Babalooey and previous years. This will entail a few different data dumps.

We'll need to figure out how to do a one time bulk import for our entire user db with their work history. There are currently multiple tables for that. Babalooey became a thing in 2016. There is a single user DB table and individual tables for each event cycle (2016, 2017, 2018, 2019) Then there was GASMS, this was our system between 2009 and 2015, There are individual tables for each year Roll Call and Attendance And then there is one more sheet with just years worked pre 2008. We should have BPGUID for all current users on babalooey. If anyone from way back applies to work again, we'll deal with it on a case to case basis. There will also be a fair amount of manual reconciliation to be done between Babalooey records and older stuff.

I will imagine we can get some sample or retracted data dumps to work with, and import the actual data into production.
