Hello, I'm new with image processing and wondering how to create the custom mask. I have read the paper and still confused about that (sorry). Do you mind explaining how to use the parameters to create a somehow plant-like mask? Also, is it possible to gain mean temperature from the said mask? Thank you so much...

Sorry, I just figured out the masking thingy... I didn't know that it used the folder from the "process" output. Thank you so much for making this software!
