Image information lost #7

Hi,

I suddenly ran into an issue where all the information within the images was lost while processing. I'm using Mavic 3T, and previously I've processed the images successfully with IRimage UAV plugin

Any help?

Here is an example of the same photo I processed a while ago and now. Somehow all the exif information is lost
