There is no CDS information in the generated file！ #78

Hello, there is no CDS information in the file I generated using gffcompare. But I want to continue to use gffread to generate CDS and protein sequences on this basis. If there is no CDS information, the result generated by gffread is empty. How to solve this problem? image
