Hi, I am using prepDE.py3 and I got this error: python prepDE.py3 -i sample_lst.txt Problem parsing file ./04_counts/STRG.F1.cov_refs.gtf at line: :['atg000086l_1', 'AUGUSTUS', 'transcript', '604659', '606419', '.', '-', '.', 'ID=Ccac_cleaned_g34.t1;CDS=604659:606419;CDSphase=0;geneID=Ccac_cleaned_g34;coverage=0.00\n']

I sorry, my directory tree was wrong.
