The question for the inadequacy of transcripts #424

Thanks for developing this amazing tool ! I recently used stingtie to assembly the transcripts of tumor samples and gained some transcripts. But they didn't contain the junctions I extracted from the same samples by regtool, just like by stringtie: chr17 StringTie exon 7670609 7670715 1000 - . ..... chr17 StringTie exon 7673535 7673608 1000 - . ..... chr17 StringTie exon 7673701 7673837 1000 - . ..... ...... by regtool(the junction file): chr17 7670715 7673701 .....(it means from 7670715 7673701 exists one intron)

and as for my understanding, it's supposed to have a transcript like: chr17 StringTie exon 7670609 7670715 1000 - . ..... chr17 StringTie exon 7673701 7673837 1000 - . .....

Thanks for any reply!
