(Feature request) Show time on menu bar #33

Hello,

I have been using tilde in fullscreen mode (e.g. tty) a lot and I would see it very convenient, if it is not too much trouble, to add a time display to the menu bar, even if it's just optional.

It could be something like this (screenshot of setedit): screenshot_20180511_154111

I can see how this can be useful. I'll keep the feature request open for a future date. However, I can't provide a timeline for when this feature might land. I'm currently working on reworking the internals of Tilde, so new features are slow to land.
