In this issue we translated the R code from ~/Dropbox/GPH_ExaminerDesign/Code_mk/star.R into Stata:

te_estimates() and decomposition2() adapted to mata.
multe command takes single dependent variable, treatment, and variable with control FE.
Treatment can be any numerical variable with any number of levels.
Control FE can be any variable that defines a set of FE.
Results saved in r() table; they are also printed. They can be optionally saved in mata.
tau and lambda are saved in mata and can be optionally saved as variables in the data.
