misspelling in MCMCControl.h #24

Hi,

There's a small misspelling in MCMCControl.h. It says UPDATE_STAST instead of UPDATE_STATS. see line - https://github.com/gphocs-dev/G-PhoCS/blob/master/src/MCMCcontrol.h#L25
