Canon EOS 4000D PTP device busy for all but first capture #245

Describe the bug

First capture using gphoto2 --capture-image-and-download works fine. All subsequent captures fail with PTP Device Busy error.

Name the camera Canon EOS 4000D

libgphoto2 and gphoto2 version gphoto2 and libgphoto2 2.5.23 release version

To Reproduce gphoto2 --capture-image-and-download multiple times my-logfile2.txt

I know this thread is old but maybe this info will be good for someone else.

I have a 4000d and it works like a charm for me. First i had the same problem but later I changed image quality to L (2nd from left), i switched to P mode and i updated to the latest firmware.

With these modifications it works for me.

it is something that could have been improved by recent libgphoto2 versions.
