Panasonic GH4 remote support #215

I wonder if it was possible to add support for the Panasonic GH4. This camera can be controlled through http-commands. There are several websites and vids on youtube explaining the commands. It would be nice if this camera model could be added to libgphoto and thus be utilized through e.g. darktable on Linux. Thank you.

At least USB I worked on and it works there.

I did not test if it used PTPIP or a HTTP/XML interface over WIFI
