I'm working on support for Canon G7X (MK I)

I've got capture and capture-preview to work, added a USB-PID (though it's from CHDK's list since I don't have a mini USB cable right now due to moving). I've implemented the changes the best way I could on my fork.

However there are however still a few things I'll be work on:

• Stability (after one shot, gphoto stops the session which renders the camera useless for ptp-ip as quitting the session without going back to another mode (Canon uses a HTTP-based-mode for browsing the photos and videos remotely in their App) doesn't seem intended Canon's Cannon Connect App also doesn't close the session unless you quit the LiveView mode)
• Error that taking a shot failed even though it didn't
• more testing
