Layout windows don't close #12

GPI 1.0.5 macOS 10.13 pyQT 4.11.4 (also tested with pyQT5 on the qtpy pull request)

I can't close layout windows, and having one open also prevents GPI from quitting.

I think this has been a problem for a while, but I am just getting around to capturing it as I test the pyqt pull request.

OK I think they only don't close (by design) when they have widgets in them.

However, they can get stuck open if you delete a node or close a canvas before removing the widgets from the layout window.

OK after thoroughly confusing myself, this is fixed in d155d3e
