Added slightly better SQLite control and better error handling for bad account settings. #2

* The process will not continue when login attempts fails * Changed the username text field to not use any suggestions. \ The devices can now be retrieved (as a login test) in the account settings activity

Updated the GPodDB to only open the database once per session instead of for each method.
