Adds per episode artwork in episode lists.

Please note, the artwork will only start appearing after a podcast update runs, due to the need for downloading many images these updates may run slow.

Also the database is being modified so you may want to create a backup before upgrading.

This doesn't pull episode art for existing episodes, I'm looking into it but I think I want to make a 4.11.0 release as is if there are no big issues and then refine all of this in 4.11.1

I have fixed episode art for existing episodes in gpodder-core, will do a PR either today or tomorrow
