Visual improvements to EpisodeItem #130

ArtArea made 0.8 high and vertically centred to make space for progress bars above and below (the download bar was completely covered by the ArtArea until now)
Progress bars made thinner and more elegant (0.1 of parent height, was 0.2)
The video identifier made more subtle and moved to the beginning of the subtitle
Downloaded icon exchanged for a vertical bar on the right. (The musical note icon did not make any sense as a downloaded signifier, even less so for videos).

Hey @sfbg, I finally had a few moments. I really like the download indicator, that had always been bugging me! As far as the video indicator goes I'm a bit on the fence whether I would prefer it large or that this is better. Would love to hear more opinions @carmenfdezb

@Keeper-of-the-Keys thanks for the feedback. My main issue with the large icon is that it takes a lot of space from the title. I'm open for corrections, as I never use gPodder for video podcasts anyway.

The other changes are more important, imo. How do you like the thinner progress indicators? I got used to them and like them a lot.

I love the thin download indicator! The icon indicator has always bugged me but I never saw an elegant solution and here you solved it so nicely!
