simple codecleanups, mostly removed warning from using == instead of === #149

I'm not too sure about the benefit this provides over the risk that it might break something. I still thought I should do it ;)

This isn't based on the most up-to-date master, as I cant deploy it in my emulator.

I made the error and rebased... thus two new commits... I found a few more things over the last week that I fixed in the second commit together with your request.
