Playback speed setting too many number of fractions - just display 2 #182

Hi,

when changing the playback speed setting via the slider to a different value: e.g. 1.35 then the playback speed is displayed as 1.350000000023841858 - which makes no sense at all. It is completely sufficient to display 2 fraction digits, since you can change the speed in steps of 0.05 anyway.

That is very strange I never had that happen to me, granted I never tried 1.35 until now but it did not happen for me.

Either way I am considering switching to 0.1 increments, originally I used 0.05 to allow things like .25/.75 but it may be a bit too much... Not sure if I should go even lower (to for instance 0.25 increments).

Next release will have 0.25 increments.
