[Feature request] extend filtering to Episode Details #1061

Example, for the podcast The Morning Stream: I'm only interested in episodes with certain guests / segments and these are not mentioned in the title, but in the description/details of the episodes.

Ctrl-f search in the episode list should work like this already, at least it does for me. Can you provide more details on which version of gPodder you use and on which platform?

Some youtube channels like to advertise every video they've ever made in the description, and transparently scanning the description would prevent any form of filtering for such channels.

EQL support was requested in the filter extension but I haven't had time to implement it yet. In case you don't know, EQL is the query language used in the episode search field. It would allow you to use 'text' in description or 'text' not in description, along with more complex conditional queries in filters.

The filter in podcast settings. the one that filters out episodes from automatic downloads
