The example code in hiera.yaml had the :datadir: field populated with
/var/lib/hiera instead of the correct (working) default configuration
/tmp/vagrant-hiera/data so anyone blindly copying the example config
will find their setup doesn't work.
Updated it to reflect correct default configuration.
