compatibility with vagrant 1.2 #11

Hi,

the plugin doesnt work now with vagrant 1.2. Any plans to update it?

I'm on vacation right now. I'll take a look when I get back. Look for an update in about 2 weeks.

I do plan to update it. It shouldn't be much work, but I don't the time as I just started a new job. Feel free to submit a pull request, otherwise I'll get to it when I can.

I could potentially look at the issue but I'm using Windows and now Vagrant doesn't support installation by gem, I don't know how to get Vagrant to know about vagrant-hiera. Any tips?

Puppet provisioner supports Hiera by specifying a hiera_config_path since vagrant 1.2.3
