Move all docker related code to a separate file #19

Should be easier to test and to add features this way.

I've tested this PR only on Fedora26 / GNOME 3.24, what's the minimum version of GNOME you want to support?

Thank you for your contribution. I merged old PRs into master. Can you resolve conflicts so we can merge yours too?

I am unsure of the answer. I'm using Gnome 3.24 too. If someone has this extension working smoothly on a previous Gnome version, he can add his version to the metadata file.

Done. I've also tested in on Debian with GNOME 3.22.
